We are looking for a:

Junior / Senior Customer Advisor Maintenance and Support (m / f / d)

Your tasks

As a support customer advisor on the first and second level, you will then make contact with the customer on implementation projects and look after the customer throughout the entire application lifecycle of the KPSC applications. You will get an overview of the relevant business processes and acquire basic know-how regarding customer-specific KPSC applications. You will be able to compare the customer's business processes with the standard SAP functionalities. As a support customer advisor, you will identify and classify customer problems and work with the customer and our team to find the most effective solution to them. In addition, you are ready to be used to carry out the testing and training of partner and / or customer resources in order to ensure successful and sustainable use of the KPSC applications.

You act on your own responsibility within the framework of the resources and (maintenance) budget allocated to you and are responsible for the successful customer service. You already have SAP user experience, especially in the areas of FI / MM and HR, have basic knowledge of ABAP OO, consulting skills and have initiative and moderation experience. Creativity in solving problems and conflicts is a matter of course for you.

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, business administration or a comparable training
• (IT) project training and experience
• Basic knowledge of ABAP OO
• User experience in SAP FI / MM
